I forgot my watch, so counted laps. According to Gmaps pedometer this is in the 350 -375m range per lap, which seems about right.

My usual out-and-back took a long time because it was raining and muddy. Felt okay, but a little tired.


I slept for 12 hours last night, I guess making up for not sleeping much before my seminar presentation yesterday.

Did a bit of core afterwards.

Tuesday, March 27, 2012 (30 minutes)

Practice field. 30 minutes and four diagonal strides.


I felt really choppy today. I felt strong doing the striders, but just feel uncoordinated while running.

March 24 - 26, 2012

Saturday 24th: off

Sunday 25th: 30 minutes in the rain
Monday 26th: 30 minutes on the practice field. Very windy.

I'm pretty sure I ran 30 minutes each day. I'm surprised I forgot to update for this many days in a row, though.

I burned my feet. Or at least blistered them. It' 76 degrees out, and with the sun shining on the artificial surface field, it got hot enough to damage my relatively-tender feetsies. I didn't realize it until I was done running, though. It may be a little uncomfortable for the next few days.

Barefoot on the practice field. Felt really good today, and the pace randomly dropped a few times here and there.

Did the out-and-back course from my apartment for convenience. Felt fine.

The day off yesterday was a good idea. I felt much better today. 30 minutes around the practice field.

Thursday, March 8, 2012 (30 minutes)

My legs felt a bit crummy today. I did some leg presses in the gym yesterday, so that might have been part of it. Maybe I'll take tomorrow off. Short core work in the gym afterwards.

I'm pretty sure I ran on Monday as well. My legs felt a little worn today. Core and a little lifting afterwards.

Saturday, March 3, 2012 (30 minutes)

On the practice field with some core afterwards. Felt more tired than yesterday, and I started checking my watch fairly frequently after about 20 minutes.

Thursday and Friday March 1 - 2, 2012 (30 minutes each)

I actually felt really good today. My legs felt ready to go and I ran a bit faster for a while. It's been rainy and muddy for the last couple days, but at least not cold.
