Did my now-standard run from the apartment to the practice field (about 7 minutes), laps on the practice field, and back.


I've been taking regular days off because my ankle was sore, and although it is still sore, today was the first day that I noticed it was demonstrably better, and not twinging frequently.

That's good news, but I'll still be going slowly in terms of a ramp-up.
